At Siemat, we build and operate advanced digital platforms across FinTech, InsurTech, and enterprise digital solutions. We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master to join our technology team and play a key role in driving agile delivery, team performance, and continuous improvement.

Role Overview

The Scrum Master will be responsible for enabling development teams to work efficiently using Agile and Scrum methodologies, ensuring smooth delivery, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).

Coach and support cross-functional teams (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, DevOps) on Agile best practices.

Identify and remove impediments that impact team progress and delivery.

Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure a clear, prioritized, and well-groomed backlog.

Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint predictability.

Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and delivery timelines.

Support multiple teams and initiatives within the digital platforms environment.

Requirements

35+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments.

Strong hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum frameworks (Kanban knowledge is a plus).

Proven experience working with product, engineering, and QA teams.

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.

Experience in FinTech, InsurTech, or SaaS platforms is a strong advantage.
