Scrum Master

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Scrum Master to lead Agile ceremonies, remove team impediments, and drive continuous improvement across our development squads. You will serve as a servant leader, helping teams deliver high-quality products efficiently while fostering Agile principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Guide the team in Agile best practices and help evolve team maturity.

• Work with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is well-groomed and prioritized.

• Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.

• Shield the team from outside distractions and interruptions.

• Foster a collaborative, high-performing, and self-organizing team culture.

• Track team velocity, sprint goals, and Agile KPIs (e.g., burndown charts).

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.

• Coach team members and stakeholders on Scrum principles.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.

• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and general Agile frameworks.

• Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM I/II).

• Experience using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

• Proven ability to coach teams and influence without authority.

• Comfortable working with remote and cross-functional teams.
