Scrum Master

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Scrum Master to lead Agile ceremonies, remove team impediments, and drive continuous improvement across our development squads. You will serve as a servant leader, helping teams deliver high-quality products efficiently while fostering Agile principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Guide the team in Agile best practices and help evolve team maturity.

Work with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is well-groomed and prioritized.

Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.

Shield the team from outside distractions and interruptions.

Foster a collaborative, high-performing, and self-organizing team culture.

Track team velocity, sprint goals, and Agile KPIs (e.g., burndown charts).

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Coach team members and stakeholders on Scrum principles.

Qualifications:

25 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.

Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and general Agile frameworks.

Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM I/II).

Experience using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).

Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Proven ability to coach teams and influence without authority.

Comfortable working with remote and cross-functional teams.
