Secondary Property Consultant
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Secondary Property Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will specialize in buying, selling, and leasing secondary market properties while delivering outstanding client service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
- List, market, and sell secondary (resale) residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to buyers and sellers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners and investors
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to secure successful transactions
- Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions in CRM
- Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines and brokerage policies
Requirements
- Minimum 0-1 year of experience in Dubai secondary real estate market
- Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and property pricing trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- RERA certification is an advantage
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
