Best Trade is hiring a professional Secretary to support daily office operations, handle communication, and assist management.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls, emails & manage correspondence
  • Organize schedules, meetings & appointments
  • Prepare & maintain documents, contracts & reports
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers & logistics teams
  • Assist in preparing offers, invoices & presentations
  • Handle filing, data entry & general office duties

Requirements:

  • 15 years experience in a secretarial/administrative role
  • Excellent English (spoken & written)
  • Strong communication & organizational skills
  • Very good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Professional appearance
