Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced
Segment Sales Manager to drive business growth in the
Oil & Gas (O&G) and Petrochemical sectors across the region.
This role requires a strong understanding of
upstream, midstream, and downstream operations, with a focus on positioning our
Industrial Automation, Software (AVEVA), and Digital Energy solutions to enhance
operational safety, efficiency, and asset performance for
National Oil Companies (NOCs), International Oil Companies (IOCs), and major petrochemical producers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting key accounts in the O&G and Petrochemical segments, focusing on plant modernization, expansion, and digital transformation projects.
- Promote solutions including:
- ICSS (DCS/SIS)
- Digital Twin
- Asset Performance Management (APM)
- Cyber Security
- Turbine / Compressor Controls
- Leverage expertise to provide integrated Energy Management and Electrical Distribution solutions for critical plant infrastructure.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with engineering, operations, and procurement teams to secure long-term framework agreements and project wins.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop technically sound proposals addressing complex process control and safety requirements
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the O&G or Petrochemical industry in the GCC region.
- Strong technical background in Process Automation (DCS, SCADA, SIS) and/or Industrial Software (AVEVA, OSIsoft PI).
- Proven track record of closing large-scale, multi-million dollar automation or software contracts.
- Strong stakeholder management and solution-selling capabilities at executive levels
