This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Account Manager based in Qesm El Maadi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Account Manager will oversee client accounts, build strong client relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Responsibilities include coordinating internal teams, managing project timelines, monitoring budgets, and developing strategic account plans. The role also involves identifying opportunities for account growth and acting as the primary contact for client communication and issue resolution.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• At least 5 years of experience in account management or a related role
• Proficiency in industry tools and technologies relevant to account management
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
