Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Account Manager specializing in Exhibitions and Events, based in Qesm Heliopolis. The Senior Account Manager will oversee client accounts, develop and nurture client relationships, and ensure the successful planning and execution of exhibition and event projects. Key tasks include managing budgets and timelines, facilitating clear communication with clients and internal teams, and supporting sales efforts for the growth of the business. The candidate will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Account Management and building strong client relationships
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, teams, and vendors
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and handling financial aspects of projects
  • Experience in Event Planning and coordination of exhibitions and live events
  • Sales skills with the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or related discipline
  • Relevant experience in exhibitions, events, or a related industry is a strong advantage
