ABOUT Kijamii:

Kijamii is an independent, award-winning advertising agency driven by innovation and culture, with a rich legacy of over 14 years, operating regionally with offices in Dubai, Cairo and Riyadh.

JOB PURPOSE:

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager who will be responsible for leading key client relationships, driving strategic direction, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact campaigns. This role oversees and mentors a team of account managers and executives, ensuring seamless coordination across departments and maintaining exceptional service quality. The Senior Account Manager will focus on strengthening client partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering strategic solutions that support both client objectives and agency goals. They act as a trusted advisor, ensuring operational excellence, creative impact, and long-term account success.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

Client & Account Leadership

  • Lead and manage a team of Account Managers and Senior Account Executives.
  • Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with clients, anticipating needs and identifying new opportunities.
  • Actively seek opportunities to grow accounts and deliver added value.
  • Lead client strategy and provide strategic insights to guide creative and communication development.

Team Management & Development

  • Provide leadership in cross-functional team collaboration and campaign execution.
  • Oversee team performance and ensure alignment with client objectives and agency goals.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and training to team members to enhance skills and support career development.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure operational efficiency and resource optimization within the team.
  • Review all financial matters and contracts, ensuring accuracy, identifying errors, and recommending corrective actions.
  • Ensure all agency commitments to clients and suppliers are properly reflected and upheld in contracts.
  • Lead the development and execution of impactful campaigns from strategy through delivery.
  • Oversee large new business pitches from the initial briefing through to the final presentation.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Experience

Minimum of 6-7 Years of Experience within the same field

Skills

Exceptional leadership and client-management capabilities.

Deep understanding of client industries, agency operations, and market dynamics.

High-level strategic thinking paired with strong problem-solving abilities.

Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage large teams and multiple accounts simultaneously.
