Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day communication
- Understand client business goals and translate them into clear and actionable marketing strategies
- Plan, manage, and follow up on marketing campaigns from briefing to delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams (Media Buying, Content, Design, Performance, SEO) to ensure aligned execution
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights, recommendations, and optimization ideas
- Use CRM and project management tools such as Trello, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms to track tasks, timelines, and client communication
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to update clients on performance and progress
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high service quality
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs and campaign results
- Ensure client satisfaction, handle feedback professionally, and proactively resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- 23+ years of experience as an Account Manager / Senior Account Executive within a Marketing Agency
- Proven hands-on experience in client servicing and marketing strategy
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and campaign workflows
- Practical experience using CRM or project management tools (Trello, Zoho, Asana, Monday, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts
