Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day communication
  • Understand client business goals and translate them into clear and actionable marketing strategies
  • Plan, manage, and follow up on marketing campaigns from briefing to delivery
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Media Buying, Content, Design, Performance, SEO) to ensure aligned execution
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights, recommendations, and optimization ideas
  • Use CRM and project management tools such as Trello, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms to track tasks, timelines, and client communication
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to update clients on performance and progress
  • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high service quality
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs and campaign results
  • Ensure client satisfaction, handle feedback professionally, and proactively resolve issues

Required Qualifications

  • 23+ years of experience as an Account Manager / Senior Account Executive within a Marketing Agency
  • Proven hands-on experience in client servicing and marketing strategy
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and campaign workflows
  • Practical experience using CRM or project management tools (Trello, Zoho, Asana, Monday, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts
