Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. As a Senior Account Manager, you will oversee client accounts, develop and manage marketing strategies, and ensure the successful execution of campaigns. Key responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, meeting deadlines, analyzing campaign performance, and providing strategic insights to drive client satisfaction and business growth. You will also play a significant role in pitching new ideas to existing and potential clients.
Qualifications
minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager/Senior Account Executive within a Marketing Agency
Proven hands-on experience in client servicing and marketing strategy
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and campaign workflows
Practical experience using CRM or project management tools (Trello, Zoho, Asana.)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts
