Senior Accountant

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant based in Dubai. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations, and overseeing month-end and year-end financial close processes. Key responsibilities also include budget forecasting, monitoring financial performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting, and General Ledger Management
• Proficiency in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Analysis
• Experience with Tax Compliance, Auditing, and Regulatory Reporting
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and Accounting Software. Zoho is a plus.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; CPA or ACCA certification is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration
