Role Description
The Assistant Human Resources Manager will support HR operations and strategies to ensure the smooth running of internal processes and employee engagement. This is a full-time, on-site role based in El Tagamoa El Khames. Duties include assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training processes; maintaining employee records and compliance with labor laws; supporting performance management initiatives; and promoting a positive workplace culture. The role will also involve coordinating HR policies, addressing employee inquiries, and collaborating with various departments to enhance organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with employees at all levels
- Experience with HR compliance and labor laws
- Teamwork and collaboration abilities to work effectively across departments
- Proficiency with HR software and tools
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plus
