Role Description

The Senior Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and local regulations. Responsibilities include overseeing tax submissions, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. The individual will assist with audits, manage account reconciliations, and contribute to strategic financial planning for the company. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years experienced in Property Management and Real Estate is a must
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting, and Budget Management
• Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Auditing, and Cost Control
• Experience with Tax Compliance, General Ledger Management, and Month-End Closing Processes
• Advanced proficiency in Accounting Software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/ACCA qualification preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
