We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic Dubai team, playing a key role in ensuring accurate financial management, compliance, and strategic decision-making across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the general ledger across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards
- Lead and coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
- Prepare and review management accounts and detailed reports to support strategic decision-making
- Handle multi-entity accounting, including group accounting and consolidation of financial statements
- Perform detailed account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and maintain strong internal controls
- Support budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis across business units
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting regulations, including across multiple jurisdictions
- Collaborate with auditors and assist in internal and external audit processes
- Contribute to maintaining efficient financial processes and high standards of financial governance across the group
Experience & Skills
- Strong experience in multi-entity and group accounting environments
- Solid understanding of consolidation accounting and management reporting
- Knowledge of international and local financial regulations and jurisdictions
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage complex accounting structures
