Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant with experience in an accounting firm to coordinate and manage accounting duties within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, tax compliance, audit support, and managing accounting and compliance activities for multiple companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee accounting functions and programs across multiple entities
• Prepare accurate financial reports and detailed financial analyses
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts
• Handle tax filings, refund registrations, and Tax Residency Certificates (TRC)
• Ensure compliance with AML regulations and other statutory requirements
• Manage accounting and regulatory compliance for multiple companies
• Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and control of budgets
• Contribute to the development and improvement of accounting systems, policies, and procedures
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned
• Support, train, and manage junior accounting staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with an accounting firm
• Strong working knowledge of tax laws, GAAP, and compliance requirements
• Experience handling tax filings and regulatory matters
• Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
• Ability to train, supervise, and manage staff
