Job Description
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in real estate development accounting
- UAE experience preferred
- Solid knowledge of GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, VAT, financial reporting, and month-end closing
- Experience with project costing, contractor/vendor payments, and real estate-related financial transactions
- Strong Excel and ERP/accounting system skills
- Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CMA, CPA, or CA will be an advantage
