We are looking for a Senior / Lead Architect with minimum 10 years of experience, currently based in Dubai, and with strong exposure to Dubai residential projects. The role is suited for candidates from Consultancy or Real Estate/Developer backgrounds who have led the design and delivery of high-rise residential towers, villas, and townhouse projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and development for residential towers, villas, and townhouse projects in Dubai.
• Manage projects from concept design through detailed design, authority approvals, and construction stages.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Ensure full compliance with Dubai Building Code and local regulations.
• Review and approve drawings, design deliverables, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to architectural teams.
• Attend client, consultant, and authority meetings and represent the architectural discipline.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with proven Dubai project experience.
• Mandatory experience working on high-rise residential buildings, villas, and/or townhouse developments in Dubai.
• Experience from Consultancy or Real Estate / Developer organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Building Code, local authority regulations, and approval processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related architectural software.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead projects and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
