Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architectural Designer & Visualizer, located in Qesm El Maadi, Egypt. The position involves creating innovative architectural designs, preparing detailed construction drawings, and contributing to urban planning projects. The individual will also oversee design development, collaborate closely with team members, and ensure high-quality design execution aligned with project goals and client expectations.

Role Overviews:

• Develop architectural design concepts and execute detailed design.
• Produce high quality drawing, presentations, and 3D visuals.
• Responsibility for the design and development process from concept to working drawing, creating visually compelling and interactive data visualization solutions.
• Hands on involvement in all projects phases.
• Coordinate with engineering and multidisciplinary
• Ensure design compliance with codes and project standards
• Support client presentations and maintain design quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 5-7 years of hands on experience in Architectural Design
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop,3D Max, Revit and lumion or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Architectural Design, including design development and innovative solution creation.
• Expertise in Construction Drawings and Drawing preparation, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in Urban Planning and comprehensive architectural project development.
• Strong understanding of architecture principles and extensive project experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork.
