Design & Documentation
- Review and verify electrical shop drawings, load schedules, and as-built drawings.
- Prepare and check technical submittals, RFIs, and related documents before submission.
- Ensure all drawings and documents are delivered on time to support project progress.
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure designs and submittals comply with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Review consultant comments and implement required corrections.
- Support quality assurance by checking accuracy and constructability of designs.
Coordination & Communication
- Collaborate with civil, mechanical, and architectural teams to avoid design conflicts.
- Assist in communication with consultants and follow up on technical approvals.
Procurement & Materials
- Support procurement with technical specifications, compliance checks, and submittals.
- Review supplier documentation and coordinate technical approvals.
Reporting & Support
- report progress to the Electrical Technical Office Manager.
- Maintain organized documentation of all drawings, submittals, and approvals.
Job Requirements- 6–8 years of experience in electrical engineering and project execution, with at least 2–4 years in a technical office role.
- Proven background in preparing and reviewing electrical shop drawings, submittals, and as-built documentation.
- Demonstrated experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
- Hands-on experience with electrical codes, standards, and authority approval processes.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor teams of engineers, draftsmen, and coordinators.
- Experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams (civil, mechanical, architectural) and external stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge of project management, cost control, and scheduling principles.
- Proficiency in design and office software (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, etc.).
