Senior BIM Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate BIM implementation across project design and construction phases.
• Review and ensure compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and project requirements.
• Coordinate BIM models between design consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure proper integration across disciplines.
• Monitor model development and ensure alignment with project schedules and deliverables.
• Support clash detection, model coordination, and design validation processes.
• Ensure accurate BIM data management and model updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical support and guidance on BIM processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Prepare BIM reports and coordination updates for project management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Professional certifications in BIM management or digital construction are an advantage.

Experience

• 10–12 years of experience in BIM management or digital design coordination.
• Experience working on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Previous experience with international consultancies or major development programs is preferred.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of BIM coordination and digital design processes.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar BIM platforms.
• Experience with clash detection and model coordination workflows.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
