Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level in the Global Enterprise team of a world renowned, fast-growing HR SaaS organization   SHL works with some of the world's most prestigious companies who trust us to revolutionize their workplaces and help them to thrive.    By joining us in this rare opportunity as a Senior Business Development Director for SHL's Middle East region,you will be an ambassador for the SHL brand, advising on best practice solutions and developing C-Level relationships, within your defined territory.

This role is based in Riyadh, KSA. Hybrid working is available.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and execute the Middle East market growth strategy to drive sustainable revenue expansion.
  • Lead the acquisition of new enterprise clients while expanding relationships with existing strategic accounts.
  • Position the organization as a trusted partner in talent intelligence, workforce transformation, and human capital solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CHROs, HR Directors, transformation leaders, and C-suite executives.
  • Contribute to the development of sector-specific propositions aligned with national transformation agendas such as Vision 2030
  • Directing sales pipeline through the CRM and providing timely and accurate management information.
  • Deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Essential

What we are looking for from you:

  • Strong understanding of human capital, talent management, leadership assessment, or HR technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell complex consulting or technology solutions to enterprise client
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or consulting.
  • Proven track record of selling complex solutions within human capital, consulting, HR technology, or enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Behavioral Sciences, or related discipline.

Desirable

  • Master's degree or MBA preferred

The candidate must have the right to work in KSA, Saudi Nationals are encouraged to apply.
