We're looking for a Senior Creative Designer who can lead design across performance ad creatives, storefront UI/UX, and website builds (Shopify + WordPress). This role blends brand craft with conversion thinking: you'll design fast, test often, and continuously improve creative + customer journeys.
What You'll Own:
1) Performance Creatives (Paid Social + Growth)
- Concept and design high-performing ad creatives (static, carousel, short-form video briefs, landing visuals) for Meta/TikTok/Google and other channels.
- Build scalable creative systems: templates, modular asset kits, variant frameworks for rapid testing.
- Collaborate with media buyers and growth to produce testable iterations and creative refreshes at speed.
2) UI/UX for Ecommerce (Conversion-Driven)
- Lead UI/UX improvements across multiple storefronts, focusing on conversion, engagement, and retention.
- Design and ship high-impact features and page improvements (PDP, PLP, homepage, checkout journey, bundles, upsells, cart flows).
- Run and support A/B testing and apply learnings through data-driven iteration.
- Optimize user journeys and acquisition funnels, balancing speed (MVP) with polish where it matters.
- Create and maintain pages and layouts on Shopify (Plus preferred) and WordPress.
- Ensure responsive, accessible design patterns and consistent brand application across stores.
- Partner with developers (or work independently when needed) to ship improvements across e-commerce portfolio stores.
Leadership & Design Ops
- Provide clear direction, feedback, and mentorship to UI/UX and creative designers
- Lead and align execution with Shopify Developers, ensuring designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Establish scalable systems: brand guidelines, UI kits, component libraries, templates, naming conventions, and handoff documentation.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, CRO, Content, and Development teams to align priorities, timelines, and growth goals.
Requirements (Must-Have)
- Strong graphic design & visual communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, brand systems, and visual hierarchy, applied consistently across print, digital, web, and eCommerce.
- Advanced proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, PowerPoint, Canva.
- UI/UX experience (5+ years) with a strong focus on e-commerce (Shopify Plus and/or Magento preferred).
- 2+ years of leadership/managerial experience leading product or UX/UI design teams (or acting as a design lead with ownership + mentorship).
- Proven success designing and shipping improvements that drive conversion and engagement.
- Extensive experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iteration.
- Hands-on experience optimizing user journeys and acquisition funnels.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across marketing, product, and engineering.
- Strategic mindset focused on scalability and growth-oriented design solutions.
- Comfortable in rapid, iterative environments with an MVP mindset knowing when to ship fast vs. polish.
- A strong portfolio showing exceptional UI/UX, responsive design, and conversion-driven e-commerce work.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with video, animation, or motion design tools (After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, Veo3, Kling, Invideo or any other AI video tools ).
- Familiarity with AI tools for design, content creation, and workflow efficiency.( nano banana, Midjourney, Sora, kling, runway ML)
- Experience managing multi-brand design systems across many storefronts.
