Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Elsheikh Zayed for a Senior Customer Service Executive. The role involves managing customer interactions to ensure an outstanding experience, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly, and overseeing customer accounts. The Senior Customer Service Executive will also monitor and enhance customer satisfaction metrics, collaborate with internal departments to provide comprehensive client support, and ensure alignment with the company's service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
• Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management to ensure high-quality client experiences
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven abilities and capacity to mentor and guide a team
• Familiarity with CRM tools and software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate or property development sector is an advantage
