Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Qesm El Maadi for a Senior Customer Service Representative. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and maintaining excellent customer experiences. Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues effectively, and maintaining professional communication with clients. You will play a crucial role in representing OWORKERS while ensuring client needs are met with the utmost accuracy and efficiency. The task includes handling emails, chats, and calls. According to the profile, you might be offered to act as a trainer if you have adequate experience and skills, assigned supporting tasks from management, or other tasks according to the business needs.
