About the Role: We're looking for a highly experienced
Senior Data Scientist to join our growing team. You will lead challenging and impactful projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions. You will also mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall AI strategy. Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from conception to deployment
- Develop and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms
- Perform advanced data mining and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Design & guide team members in the optimization, deployment and productionize AI models at scale
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
- Drive innovation in data science methodologies and tools
Requirements
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in Data Science or a related field
- Excellent understanding of ML/DL and Statistics, theoretical concepts as well as practical applications
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R
- Ability to write clean, optimized, and efficient code with the ability to review and optimize team members submissions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in an agile, hybrid team environment
Desirable Skills:
- Relevant experience in the financial industry (preferred but not required)
- M.Sc. in related field is a plus
- Understands trade-offs between model accuracy, business impact, and deployment speed
- Experience with MLOps principles and tools
