Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Design Architect located in Dubai. The Senior Design Architect will be responsible for leading architectural and design projects, managing design processes, preparing construction drawings, and ensuring excellence in architectural design. The role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, overseeing design execution, and adhering to client needs, sustainability standards, and project timelines.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design with the ability to lead creative and sustainable design projects.
- Proven experience in Design Management and overseeing end-to-end design processes.
- Proficiency in creating Construction Drawings and ensuring close alignment with project requirements and timelines.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and articulate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of software tools used in architectural design and familiarity with industry trends.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on large-scale projects.
- Experience working in the Middle East and an understanding of regional regulations and design standards is a plus.
