Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design stages from concept to detailed design and delivery
- Coordinate architectural work with MEP, structural, and other consultants
- Coordinate with site teams and contractors to ensure design intent is implemented correctly
- Review and prepare high-quality drawings, specifications, and presentations
- Communicate confidently with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
- Provide guidance and mentorship to architects and designers
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning requirements, and H&S standards
- Participate in and lead client meetings, site meetings, and design presentations
- Support continuous improvement in design quality and team collaboration
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 58 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, planning codes, and sustainable design
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D Max
- Strong visual, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary and site teams
- Strong time management skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
