Overview

Senior Digital Marketing within the Marketing Department. This role is crucial in supporting the development of digital marketing strategies, managing online campaigns, and planning for long-term brand growth through data-driven insights and digital analytics. This position will strengthen the department's ability to execute effective digital marketing campaigns, optimize online performance, and support sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, search, display, YouTube, Snapchat, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Plan and execute SEO and SEM strategies
  • Develop marketing automation workflows and manage email marketing campaigns
  • Conduct digital market research to understand customer behavior, trends, and competitor strategies
  • Provide recommendations related to digital product promotion, pricing, and distribution
  • Prepare comprehensive digital marketing reports and dashboards
  • Present campaign insights and strategic recommendations to senior management
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to execute digital initiatives
  • Support long-term digital brand development and online presence

Qualifications

  • +5 years of experience in Digital Marketing Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, channels, and platforms
  • Advanced understanding of digital marketing strategy, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
  • Proven ability to design, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across paid and organic channels
  • Experience with audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting strategies
  • Strong research skills to analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior
  • Ability to translate analytics data into actionable digital marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and visualization tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Practical experience with Canva, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and project management tools
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills
  • Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and time management skills
  • Relevant certifications in Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, or related areas are an added advantage
  • Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail; organized and deadline-oriented
  • Professional attitude with a high standard of ethical conduct
