We are seeking a Senior Electrical Estimation Engineer for a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. This role involves preparing and reviewing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), performing electrical project estimations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities also include evaluating project requirements, researching industry standards, and harnessing technical expertise to present accurate cost proposals. Additionally, the role requires effective communication and negotiation with clients, contractors, and vendors to align on project expectations and budgets.

• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing BOQ and conducting Project Estimation
• Background in Civil Engineering with expertise in managing related interfaces and tasks
• Strong Negotiation and interpersonal skills to foster successful collaborations with stakeholders
• Analytic skills and experience in conducting in-depth industry Research
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
• Proven experience in the electrical engineering or construction industry
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with industry-standard estimation software and tools is a plus
