Job Summary:

This role is for an experienced consultant with expertise in both SAP TRM/FICA modules. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP TRM/FICA modules. This role involves working closely with public sector clients to ensure efficient financial processes and compliance with governmental regulations, with the ability to implement, configure, and maintain these systems to meet our business requirements., This role requires in-depth knowledge of SAP TRM/FICA and the ability to provide strategic insights and technical expertise to optimize financial processes

Job Description:

• Lead and participate in the implementation of SAP TRM/FICA modules.

• Configure system settings and options to tailor the system to meet client-specific requirements

• Develop and implement solutions for financial processes within the public sector.

• Provide expert consulting services to public sector clients regarding SAP TRM/FICA

• Offer ongoing support and maintenance for implemented SAP solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICA and TRM modules.

• Analyze existing financial processes and recommend improvements.

• Implement best practices for Tax revenue management in the public sector.

• Ensure that financial operations are efficient, compliant, and secure.

• Conduct training sessions for end-users and client staff.

• Develop comprehensive documentation for system configurations, customizations, and processes.

• Ensure knowledge transfer to client teams for sustainable operations.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.

• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure project success

• Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Provide regular updates and reports to management and clients.

Qualifications:

▪ Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

▪ 5+ years of experience in SAP Tax and Revenue Management

▪ Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP FICA implementations.

▪ SAP certification in FI

▪ Proven track record of successful SAP project implementations and support.

▪ In-depth knowledge of SAP FICA / TRM modules.

▪ Strong understanding of public sector financial processes and regulations.

▪ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

▪ Proficiency in project management methodologies.

▪ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

▪ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

▪ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP-related tools.

▪ Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
