Senior Finance Manager

I'm supporting a large, well-established organisationas it continues to strengthen and expand its Finance function as part of a broader growth and transformation agenda.

We're looking to connect with Senior Finance Managers who can play a key role in supporting the business through scale, complexity, and increased commercial focus.

This is a business-facing role with exposure across core finance, performance management, and senior stakeholder partnering.

Scope may include:

Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

Performance analysis and management reporting

Business partnering with senior and cross-functional leaders

Financial governance, controls, and process improvement

Supporting transformation, scale, and organisational complexity

Ideal background:

812+ years of progressive finance experience

Experience within large or complex organisations

Strong commercial and analytical capability

Comfortable operating between strategy and execution
