Role Description
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Ensure accuracy of General Ledger and trial balance.
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
Perform account reconciliations and financial analysis.
Provide management reports and financial insights to senior leadership.
Prepare and review tax returns and reports (VAT, Withholding Tax, Corporate Tax).
Ensure timely tax filing and payments in compliance with local regulations.
Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors.
Monitor tax provisions and ensure proper documentation.
Stay updated on tax law changes affecting BPO operations.
Supervise billing cycles and ensure invoice accuracy.
Monitor profitability per client/project.
Support pricing and financial modeling for new projects.
Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining service quality.
Maintain strong internal control environment.
Support internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Supervise finance team members.
Review work accuracy and ensure deadlines are met.
