Role Overview

The Senior Financial Accountant will be responsible for leading the financial accounting function, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead digital finance initiatives, optimize processes, and ensure compliance while driving efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Review and approve journal entries and reconciliations.
• Drive process improvements and automation in accounting.
• Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Advanced knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in the development and construction of building sectors and villa compounds.
