Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join a fastgrowing and ambitious organization in Riyadh. The successful candidate will support strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis across multiple business units.
You will work closely with finance leadership, department heads, and crossfunctional teams to ensure financial accuracy, provide actionable insights, and strengthen decisionmaking processes. This role is critical to supporting the organization's vision of becoming a global leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in line with accounting standards.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze budget vs. actual results, providing insights and improvement recommendations.
- Support the preparation of longterm financial plans and financial projections.
- Prepare and submit monthly mobile and console Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to department heads.
- Ensure full compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and financial explanations.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Present financial reports and insights to management, recommending corrective actions where needed.
- Partner with crossfunctional teams to assess the financial impact of new initiatives, projects, and investments.
- Streamline and improve financial processes, leveraging automation and bestpractice tools.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and accounting standards, recommending updates to internal policies.
- Develop and maintain financial reporting policies to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in monthly cashflow analysis to support liquidity planning.
Qualifications & Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an Accountant or Financial Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulatory frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Solid experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify financial topics for nonfinance stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
