As a
General Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial integrity and supporting our accounting operations. This position requires a motivated applicant with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations and maintain precise records of all transactions
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between company's records and bank statements
- Prepare and manage monthly financial reports and statements
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts and monitor expenditures
- Support month-end and year-end close processes and audits
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in a similar industry
- In-depth knowledge of accounting software (experience with QuickBooks)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
