Responsible for leading the creation of visually compelling marketing materials and design assets that align with the brand's identity and strategic goals.
Responsibility:
Leading and executing the creation of visual assets including brand identities, print materials, digital ads, web graphics, and social media content, product brochures, booklet, Presentaions.
Overseeing and maintaining visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.
Designing and animating motion graphics for video content, social media, product demos, explainer videos, and presentations.
Developing storyboards and motion design concepts that support marketing campaigns and brand narratives.
Staying updated with animation trends to create fresh and modern visuals.
Editing raw video footage into compelling narratives aligned with brand objectives.
Adding graphics, transitions, sound, and effects to enhance video content.
Working closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and deliver high-impact video materials.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Media, Visual Communication, or a related field.
7+ years of professional experience in graphic design with demonstrated experience in motion graphics and video editing.
Motion graphic video is a must.
Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of static designs, motion graphics, and edited videos.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Experience with video/audio production tools and workflows.
Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
3D design and animation experience (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.).
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
Experience with social media content trends and formats (e.g. Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
Familiarity with photography and lighting setups is a plus.
