Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for managing all graphic design requests from various departments within the organization. From generating fresh concepts to managing projects through every stage of development, maintaining brand consistency, and delivering high-quality visual content that effectively communicates our brand message and support marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Create innovative design concepts that align with project goals and brand guidelines.
- Manage design projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Design visuals such as illustrations, infographics, and simple animations to simplify complex ideas.
- Produce marketing materials for social media, emails, ads, and print campaigns.
- Apply creative updates based on feedback and changing requirements.
- Handle all printing needs and coordinate with printing houses to ensure quality and deadlines.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design materials.
- Assign tasks to junior designers and freelancers with clear guidance.
- Turn product positioning and marketing strategies into effective visual designs.
- Stay updated on design trends and technologies to enhance Chefaa's design approach.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align designs with business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital product design, branding, and marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, color theory, and layout principles, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions while maintaining a focus on business objectives.
