Role Overview
LIPS Healthcare is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual expression of our brand across digital and physical touchpoints. This role is responsible for translating LIPS premium healthcare positioning into high-quality, consistent, and conversion-focused visual communication.
The ideal candidate combines strong brand design sensibility with performance marketing understanding, ensuring all visual assets support patient acquisition, brand authority, and trust.
You will collaborate closely with the Growth Marketing Manager, content team, external agencies, and clinic leadership to create visuals that elevate the LIPS brand while supporting measurable marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Visual Identity
Maintain and evolve the LIPS brand identity across all marketing channels.
Ensure visual consistency across website, social media, paid media, and clinic materials.
Develop brand guidelines and enforce brand standards internally and with external partners.
Translate LIPS premium medical positioning into a clean, modern, and trustworthy visual language.
Marketing & Campaign Design
Design creative assets supporting patient acquisition and brand awareness campaigns, including:
Paid advertising creatives (Google Display, Meta, retargeting)
Landing page visuals and graphics
Website graphics and UI elements
Social media posts, carousels, and reels covers
Email marketing templates
Infographics and educational visuals
Ensure designs are optimized for performance marketing and conversion.
Healthcare & Patient Communication Design
Create clear and patient-friendly visuals explaining treatments, services, and patient journeys.
Design educational healthcare content that builds authority and trust.
Translate complex medical information into simple, visually engaging formats.
Clinic & Physical Environment Materials
Design assets that enhance the in-clinic patient experience, including:
Signage and navigation graphics
Digital screen content
Patient brochures and printed materials
Event and partnership materials
Exhibition or activation visuals when required
Creative Collaboration
Work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager to align design with performance campaigns.
Collaborate with content creators on visual storytelling and brand authority content.
Support PR initiatives with visual assets for media placements and announcements.
Coordinate with external agencies when required.
Creative Direction & Asset Management
Manage and organize LIPS design asset library.
Establish templates and scalable systems for fast marketing production.
Ensure all assets are optimized for digital platforms and mobile viewing.
Requirements
Experience
8+ years of graphic design experience
Experience working in-house or with marketing teams
Healthcare, wellness, beauty, or premium service industry experience is a strong advantage
Skills
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong experience with digital marketing design
Ability to design for both brand storytelling and performance marketing
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color systems, and visual hierarchy
Experience designing social media, paid ads, landing pages, and web graphics
Ability to translate complex information into clear visuals
Nice to Have
Experience with Figma
Motion design or animation skills (After Effects)
Experience supporting UI/UX design for websites
Experience working with healthcare or regulated industries
