The Project
This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
Provides visible health and wellbeing (H&W) leadership and direction. Provides specialist subject matter advice, guidance and assurance to senior leadership and operational teams. Support the delivery of the business and H&W strategy and objectives through ownership and delivery of projects, programs within the group H&W delivery plan.
You'll Be Responsible For
- Shape and implement health and wellbeing standards.
- Deliver group-wide programmes on time, budget.
- Guide operational teams for local delivery.
- Partner with HR and HSW functions globally.
- Stay ahead of wellbeing research and trends.
- Analyse data to drive improvement.
- Manage supplier performance and stakeholder value.
- Champion continuous improvement and net zero goals.
You'll Need To Have
- Degree qualification in the relevant subject essential.
- Chartered or professional membership is an advantage.
- Membership of RIBA, MICE, CIBSE, CIOB, RICS, CIAT or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development is preferred.
- Knowledge of building safety legislation, building standards, construction contracts, professional appointments and health and safety legislation.
