Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Human Resources Generalist located in Cairo, Egypt to work

with 30+ employees. The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing daily HR

functions, including managing HR policies, employee benefits, and benefits administration.

Additionally, the role involves supporting HR management tasks such as recruitment, employee

relations, and compliance with employment laws. Collaboration with various departments to

implement HR strategies and initiatives is also expected.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills (5+ years experience)
  • Experience with HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
  • Knowledge in Benefits Administration
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
