Qualifications
- More 5 years at same role
- Strong knowledge and experience in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and HR Compliance
- Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies and Performance Management systems
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage HR documentation, records, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex interpersonal situations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, preferably in Egypt
- Experience in training and development is an asset
