Senior Human Resources Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all HR processes and daily operations.
• Handle recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Manage employee relations and ensure a positive work environment.
• Create, update, and maintain the company organization chart.Develop, review, and update company policies and procedures.
• Manage and support the performance management process.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
• Provide HR guidance and support to employees and management.
• Contribute to building and improving HR strategies aligned with company goals

Job Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and labor laws.
• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Experience in creating and updating organization charts and company policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to demonstrate leadership potential and readiness for future HR management responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
