Senior HVAC Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

Develop Life Cycle Cost Analysis during conceptual design to evaluate various HVAC systems.

Perform analysis and calculations for facility HVAC and plumbing designs.

Responsible for creating and developing refrigeration and heating systems for hospital, residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.

Produce the required design drawings/shop drawings for the designed HVAC systems.

Coordinate with other discipline works and produce composite layouts after solving different clashes, aiming to produce zero-clash models.

Perform AC load estimation calculations and ventilation calculations as per the relevant codes and building requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Power Engineering.

7-10 years of experience in the same field

Experience in consultant companies, preferably

Familiar with all HVAC systems design, procurement, and site works.

Hands-on experience with Revit and other design software.

Familiarity with the local market and good knowledge of the materials/equipment suppliers.

Familiar with international and Egyptian codes and standards.

Strong communication skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office.

Work Conditions:

• Working Days: 5 days per week (Friday & Saturday off).
• Working Hours: 8 hours per day.
