Accountabilities:
- Lead and own the quality, accuracy, and consistency of all design deliverables produced by the design team.
- Review and validate design dockets, drawings, and documentation to minimize errors and ensure adherence to project standards.
- Act as the single point of coordination between the offshore team and the onshore team (based in Saudi Arabia) to support faster and more efficient project execution.
- Track project timelines, allocate work, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Plan and distribute workloads across the team to optimize productivity and resource utilization.
- Train, mentor, and lead a team of Interior Designers, driving capability building, design excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to design work, including concept development, space planning, 3D visualization, and technical drawings, as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design.
- Minimum experience of 4-5 yrs as an Interior Designer with focus on residential projects
- Experience of leading a team.
- Holds excellent knowledge of design tools: PPT presentation, AutoCAD
- Holds design expertise in:
- Conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard)
- Technical design (material knowledge, execution and drawing preparation)
- Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details)
