We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead and manage interior design projects from concept development through detailed execution. The ideal candidate will play a key role in translating creative vision into functional, high-quality design solutions while ensuring alignment with brand standards, project objectives, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design concepts from initial ideation to final execution across residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
- Develop space planning, layout studies, and design concepts based on project briefs and client requirements
- Prepare detailed interior drawings, including layouts, elevations, sections, joinery details, and specifications
- Produce high-quality design presentations for management, stakeholders, and clients, clearly communicating design intent
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
- Review shop drawings, material samples, mock-ups, and finishes to ensure design accuracy and quality compliance
- Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve on-site design issues
- Ensure all designs comply with local authority regulations, building codes, and industry standards
- Mentor and guide junior designers where required, ensuring consistency and quality across deliverables
Software & Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory
- Strong ability to prepare clear, detailed, and professional construction drawings
- Working knowledge of 3D design and visualization software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or similar (strong advantage)
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and FF&E selection
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- 710+ years of relevant experience in interior design, preferably within real estate, hospitality, commercial, or residential projects
- Proven experience delivering high-end interior design projects
- Strong design sensibility with attention to detail, functionality, and aesthetics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
