Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer with 6-10 years of experience in high-end architecture and interior design projects, preferably with UAE experience in residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating design through execution and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural and interior design concepts from initial briefing to final execution
- Create and present comprehensive design layouts, space planning, mood boards, and material selections
- Produce high-quality 3D visuals and renderings using AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project team to ensure design intent is maintained
- Liaise with local and international suppliers to request pricing, samples, and technical information
- Oversee RFQs, orders, delivery tracking, BOQs, and budgets
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, mockups, and samples for design and quality compliance
- Participate in client presentations and incorporate feedback in design revisions
- Ensure design complies with local regulations, codes, and project and brand standards
- Manage project timelines and budgets meticulously
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality standards are met and monitor implementation
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in high-end architecture/interior design projects
- UAE experience in residential, hospitality, and commercial projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of local and international suppliers, materials, and finishes
- Proven portfolio demonstrating design through execution
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and spatial planning

- Experience in managing projects from design concept to IFC and site execution
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
