An internationally recognised, award-winning architecture and interior design studio in Dubai is looking to appoint a Senior Interior Designer to join its growing team. The practice is known for delivering iconic, design-led projects across luxury hospitality, high-end F&B, and branded residential developments, both locally and internationally.

This is a hands-on, design-focused role suited to an experienced interior designer with a strong hospitality background and excellent technical capability in Revit.

The Role

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will play a key role in leading the design and delivery of high-profile hospitality projects from concept through to construction. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to creating innovative, timeless interiors while maintaining the highest standards of design quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design development of luxury hospitality and high-end F&B projects
• Deliver projects from concept design through to construction documentation
• Produce detailed interior design packages using Revit (essential for this role)
• Develop concepts, mood boards, storyboards, material palettes, and FF&E selections
• Prepare detailed working drawings and technical documentation
• Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, and contractors
• Ensure design quality, consistency, and compliance across all stages
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative studio culture
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced design environment

About You

• Approximately 8+ years of interior design experience (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong background in luxury hospitality and high-end F&B projects
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Excellent Revit skills 100% essential
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong design sensibility, technical understanding, and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with strong collaboration skills
