Senior Interior & Exterior Designer

Job description:

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior & Exterior Designer to join our client's growing design team in Dubai, UAE. This is an for a talented professional with strong expertise in villa, residential and commercial projects, capable of delivering elegant and functional design concepts from initial idea through final execution. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling both interior and exterior design work, from concept development and space planning to material selection, presentations, and technical drawings. The role requires strong design sense, practical knowledge, and the ability to develop elegant and functional design solutions based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities: • Design Concept Development: Create innovative interior and exterior design concepts for villas, residential and commercial projects, ensuring creativity, practicality and alignment with client requirements. • Space Planning & Design Execution: Develop space planning layouts, mood boards, presentations and material boards to communicate design vision effectively. • Technical Drawings & Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, technical documentation, elevations, sections and design specifications required for project execution. • Material & Finishes Selection: Select materials, finishes, color palettes, façade elements and coordinate landscaping integration where required. • Client & Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with clients, suppliers, contractors, consultants and internal teams to ensure smooth project coordination and delivery. • Site Visits & Project Meetings: Attend site inspections, design meetings, and project discussions to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy during implementation. • Project Delivery: Support projects from concept stage to final design package, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality standards are met. Requirements • Professional Experience: Proven experience in interior and exterior design, specifically in villa, residential and commercial projects. • Portfolio Requirement: Strong portfolio demonstrating completed design projects with creative and technical excellence. • Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop and other relevant design software. • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of materials, finishes, façade systems, landscaping coordination and design detailing. • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client expectations professionally. • Multitasking Ability: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines efficiently.
